Outlook Sent Items Folder
I have an Outlook profile with one exchange account and many more POP's. One of the POP's is the default mail account. Why are all the sent messages still appearing in the sent items of the Exchange account? Shouldn't the sent items appear in the sent
items folder of the default mail account or the account that the mail was sent from? Is there some way I can address this for my user?

Apparently one needs to create a rule to do this. Does anyone know another way?

It's because your default Data File is the ost file of your
Exchange Account.
For the other POP3 accounts you have separate pst files ?
If you have more pst files for each pop3 account, create rules.

You could try this reg edit
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\14.0\Outlook\Preferences
"DelegateSentItemsStyle"=dword:1
