Hi, I assume you are opening a shared folder and enable Cached mode. If this is the case, please turned that option off via “Account Settings/More Settings/Advanced/Download shared folders”. If this is not the case, please let us know what issue you are encountering in Outlook except this error code in sync folder? Can you send/receive email message and download the OAB file? What version Outlook and Exchange server is used? Any mobile device? Thanks. Fiona
