My company has outlook web access that is accessed via https://exchange.company.com/owa rather than https://exchange.company.com. If you try the latter address, it shows that the site is still under construction (a security measure I believe by IT dept) Is this why it wont work with both Windows and Android company phones? It yields a certificate error when attempted. Thanks.

Nope, https://exchange.company.com/owa is the correct URL for OWA actually. A certificate error is a different issue. What URL do the phones use to connect to Exchange? That URL must be a subject name on the CAS certificate. so, if they connect to exchange.company.com, that that URL must a listed as a subject name on the cert. Test here: https://www.testexchangeconnectivity.com/
