Outlook Web Access
After setting up Exchange 2007 and config owa, I can logon to owa. Everytime I clicked on New, Send Item or Calendar, I got an message: Outlook Web Access encountered an unexecpted error and was unable to handle your request". I tried to logon by
using different user account but the error was showed to everyone. It looked like I missed an need to do sometime in Exchange server 2007 to enable or giving the right permission. I assigned Intergrated Windows authentication and Basic authentication
in owa (Default Web Site) properties. Please help.
Thank you,
Basler

What service pack are you running? Have you tried applying all of the rollups?
Also, what Operating system are you running on?

My Exchange 2007 is SP1. What do you mean rollups? After installed Exchange 2007 SP1, I went to Microsoft to do Windows update.
My Exchange server 2007 SP1 is installed in Windows 2008 64bits. It there anything to do with IIS7?

Hi Basler,
Have you tested the problem in another computer?
Does the problem happen immediately after seting up ex2007 and owa?
Check configuration on IIS first.

If the issue persists, I recommend you reinstall IIS and exchange CAS role:

Try creating a new Virtual Directory for OWA. This TechNet article should help with that.
