Outlook Web Access
I have a problem trying to answer my emails using Outlook Web Access - I can read emails but when I try to answer or try to write a new email I get the address and subject fields but where the text should be all I get is a small red cross in the top left hand corner of the text box. I'm running IEv7 on Vista. Thanks!

Hi, the cause of the problem is due to IEV7 on vista which is not support for DHTML Editing ActiveX. Please download the update for Exchange 2003 from the below link, and please read the system requirment before you install it. http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=5bc06e8a-08eb-4976-bc68-a03ebe3a2552&DisplayLang=en after that check the IEV7 on vista, i think this is the answer for your Problem Regards, Ayman

Dear Simon, Have similiar problem with new PC and running Vista and IE7. Have opened OWA and trying to send mail out but have a red x in the left hand corner. I have downloaded numerous files ( none have worked), changed the sites to "Trusted Sites" , deleted temporary firewalls and the ONLY fix was to download FIREFOX which worked immediately. Although I do mind using Firefox I would like to continue using IE7 and OWA as its more compatible with other email virus softwareI would like to use. Microsoft has absolutely NO support in using VISTA or IE7 in this regard and its an extremely poor service policy. Thanks, Howard
