Outlook Web Access - Message: Could not complete the operation due to error 8007ffff.
Hello,
When modifying our signature and I try to access 'more colours' from the colour pallet it throws an error message:
Message: Could not complete the operation due to error 8007ffff.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you,
WalterWalter

Is this reproducible on another computer? What version of Exchange? Sounds almost similar to recent issue on on forum, the large font "A" was missing and user uinstalled s\mime and came back whcih was strange. You can try uninstalling it for grins.
Font dialog box button ("A") missing when composing email in OWA with IE 8 and Exchange 2003

Does the problem persists if you use any other browser?
Probably a IE dll is missing. Have you tried to re-install IE?

My fault I should have specified what Exchange version we are using. We are using Exchange 2007 with the latest Service Pack and Rollup Patch. I do not know at what point this feature failed.
This problem occures on all workstations.
I have reproduced this problem using IE8 and IE9.
Other browsers load the light version of OWA which does not have the formatting bar.
I looked up S/Mime and that sounds like an added feature to Exchange 2003 and would be built into Exchange 2007 and would not be able to uninstall.
Thank you,
WalterWalter
