I installed .NET 3.5 SP1 update and when the server restarted OWA no longer works and neither to our windows mobile cell phones. I have uninstalled the update but it still does not work. Hi,Please first check the authentication on the relevant Virutal Directory which included Exchange, Public, Exchweb and OWA. I have gone through the above document (320303) using the Exchange 2007 part and steps 1-3 work well and that has restore active scynk win our smart phones but OWA still does not work. If I do step 4 (Step 4: Re-create the IIS virtual directories to restore links with the Exchange 2007 Mailbox role) OWA still does not work and active synk goes down to.any ideas?
