Outlook Web App on Android

I migrated all of 2007 mailboxes to exchange 2013. 

When I try to access Outlook Web App from any browser on a PC, I get OWA 2013 interface, however when I try to access the same mailbox from an Android device I end up with a 2007 looking OWA. Is that normal?

If the browser doesn't support all the features, then OWA will revert to light mode.  That's what appears to have happened.
