Hi all,
a user report to me that when she receive an email with embedded image, in the preview she sees something like cid:image010.jpg@01D06CA0.866EFEFD.
This having the view settings to "preview" in Outlook. From tab "view" -> "change view" -> "preview".
Do you know which is the cause of this "strange" preview?

That's normal behavior since the Preview can't display graphics; It will display the image's alt-text or reference instead.
