Hi,
From your description, I understand that your external user complains outlook anywhere connects and disconnects rapidly within 10 to 15 minutes. As you
did not know where is the error, I suggest you use Exchange Remote connectivity Analyzer to
test Outlook Anywhere (as your user are external user, please do this test in an external domain) and check the event log when the issue happen.
Here is the link of Exchange Remote connectivity Analyzer (please do the test without auto-discover, choose “Manually specify server setting”
when you configure Outlook Anywhere):
https://www.testexchangeconnectivity.com/
You can follow this document to use the tool
(although this is for early version, the principle is the same)

Hi,
I think, you may set something for owa disconnection timeout.
For Public or shared computer in OWA the cookie on this computer expires automatically after 15 minutes of user inactivity to help to protect a user's account from unauthorized access.
1. StartcRegistry Editor.
2. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSExchangeWeb\OWA
3. Create a new DWORD Value.
4. Give PublicClientTimeout for the name of the DWORD.
5. Change the PublicClientTimeout DWORD value, according to your choice. Select Decimal. Type a value that represents the number of minutes for the time-out (43200 minutes is same as 30 days.). The maximum possible value is 43200 for 30
days.
Note: You must restart IIS for the changes to take effect.
