Outlook anywhere needs a valid certificate?
Hello, I am creating a test server (Exchange Server 2007) but, Outlook Anywhere don't work correctly. I am using a not valid digital certificate for OWA, EWS, OAB, Autodiscover services. Outlook Anywhere needs a valid certificate to work in a external connection? Thanks,

Hi That is correct. It can be a certificate issued but your internal CA which the client trusts or one issued by a public 3rd party CA ... but it must be valid. Some CAs will issue a trial certificate for testing purposes - you may need to ask your preferred provider to see if they do this. Cheers, Steve

The Microsoft Remote Connectivity Analyzer needs a valid certificate to test RPC over HTTP. For test, I used a TRIAL certificate (https://www.startssl.com/). And, there are a bug with IPV6, Exchange 2007 and Windows server 2008: http://www.buit.org/2008/01/04/outlook-anywhere-is-broken-on-ipv6-in-windows-server-2008/ Thanks,
