When I click on the Office app "Outlook" a gray box pops up and says Internet E-Mail...f   @msn.com

Then below that it says Server:    blu402-m.hotmail.com

Then it has my email address:    

Then it asks for my password:

Why is this box popping up? Even if I enter my password  it keeps asking and asking and asking etc. It finally loads, I see some emails then that gray box pops up again asking for my password. 

When I go to IE and click on my Outlook.com (blu179.mail.live.com) I have no problem accessing my emails. Am I sealing with 2 different servers?  is something not syncing? I have done the reset thing on the send/receive tab in outlook2013 with no results it is still saying I am offline and requesting a password.   PLEASE HELP !!!!  how do  I get this resolved without creating a new user profile.

If you have something wrong with you Outlook which always pop-up to login,  please try to re-configure your Outlook profile or open Control Panel\User Accounts\Credential Manager in problematic computer, then clear the remains credential and try again.
