Outlook cannot connect to your outgoing SMTP email server.

Hi

When i am trying to connect to IMAP or POP3 i am getting error,
Outlook cannot connect to your outgoing SMTP email server.

I am using Exchange 2013 CU7,
Its an internal Exchange not connected to outside world,
I have generated a self signed certificate and deployed through GPO.
OWA, Autodiscover works fine but IMAP and POP3 doesnot work.

On Exchange Server I have given IMAP4 and POP3 logon method:basic authentication
The Default Front End connector is default, i did not make any change.
in IIS bindings of https i can see my SelfSigned Certificate

hi!

Check if the firewall is enable the POP and IMAP Connections, and review if the databases or the Exchange server is enable to use that services, by default that services (On EAC server option) is disable by default.

Confirm if you hace the same problem after enable the services.
