Recently found that his outlook cannot synchronize the read message between owa and outlook. Some read message are treat us unread. He read all the email by OWA yesterday, but when he back office today these message are showing unread. Do you have any idea of this?

Is this happening only to one user or number or all the userS?Does this problem follow the user to the other machine also?Also is it the other way also, mean read in Outlook and unread in OWA? Raj

only one user, he read in owa yesterday, but today he back to office, he also use owa check mail, found yesterday mail all was show unread

Hi Archers, I suggest you configure a Outlook online profile of this user and see if you can reproduce the issue. Is there any other mobile devices(like Windows Mobile/blackberry) attached to this mailbox, or is there any other mail client access to this mailbox? Thanks, Elvis

No, only one user to use and he no any mobile device, i confirm it is a online profile
