Outlook desktop alert is not showing

hai, 

I have one problem with my outlook 2013, the desktop alert for new mails are not showing in the desktop even i checked the options available in Message Arrival under FILE-->OPTIONS-->MAIL-->MESSAGE ARRIVAL. Can anybody help ?

It looks like you're using some kind of server-side rules that toss your email into subfolders or something. In this case you'll miss some notifications.

Hi,

What is your Windows version?

If you are using Windows 8 or Windows 8.1, make sure the notification for Outlook has been turned on:

In addition, if you have set rules to move emails to separate sub folders, make sure you have ticked "display a Desktop Alert":

Dear All,

Thank you For your support. I am using Windows 7. Also We are using some rules to seperate mails to sub folders. We missed to Check the rule what Mr.Melon Chen has mentioned. Now it is working fine. Thanks again a ton for your kind reply.
