A user has problems sync his outlook emails. He has a local profile on the laptop and Terminal service session to work from home. At the moment any email he gets are different on both profiles and is seems the local profile email does not synch with the terminal service session and the terminal service sesion does not synch with his local profile. Its like he has two differenet profiles.He is using windowsXP with outlook 2003 using exchange 2003.

Hi, How the problematic users' Outlook connect to Exchange? Pop3, imap4 or mapi(Exchange mode)? How about the profile configuration in Terminal server session? Are they the same? Please also check your mails via OWA, all your mails stored in server side are there. Thanks, Elvis
