I have co-worker who has set up a rule in Outlook 2010 to CC individuals whenever they send a message. However, when they encrypt the message, we are unable to view it. But if they add us to the CC line before the rule is applied it opens just fine. All the rule states,

Apply this rule after I send the message through the Specified Account and on this computer, Cc the message to Specified group or people.

Does anyone know why it cannot be unencrypted when only the message rule adds in the CC recipients?
