Can anyone tell me where outlook stores the pop and smtp settings.

I need to push changes to around 500 of my customers and change the smtp and pop settings

It's being stored in the Registry and not intended to be modified. You can however push a prf-file to your clients to deploy/modify the user's mail account configuration.
