Outlook is not working and reconnect all the time

Dear Reader,

Outlook on my premises is not working, most of my employees outlook are reconnect all the time or disconnect. I found the following error in the event vieiwer. 

Inbound authentication failed with error LogonDenied for Receive connector Client EXCHCASSERVER-2. The authentication mechanism is Ntlm. The source IP address of the client who tried to authenticate to Microsoft Exchange is [192.x.x.11].

EventID: 1035

Task Category: SMTP Receive

I'm in this problem for  more than 2 week.

Hi,

Heres an article about this error message, for your reference:

It indicate that the authentication for special receive connector isnt correct. Therefore, please run below command to check the configuration for receive connecotr:
Get-ReceiveConnector | FL Identity *auth*,*permission*,*iprange*,*Binding*
If you have modify the configuration for this, it mostly could be the cause. Also check the authentication for Outlook Anywhere:
Get-OutlookAnywhere | FL Identity,*Host*,*Authentication*,*SSL*

Dear Allen,

Thank u for you reply, i check the configuration it working fine. half of my user are working fine but the others are trying to reconnect all the time.

Hi,

Is there multi domain in your Exchange server? Are you configure relevant send and receive connector for each domain?
How about the OWA with problematic account?

Please run Test E-mail AutoConfiguration to get details about your mailbox setting. Try reconfigure Outlook profile for testing.
