my outlook keeps displaying an internal error when sending emails..help plz

From the description I understand that your Outlook client is displaying an internal error when you try to send an email. Do you experience the same problem when using Outlook Web Access?

Also, could you please provide us with the exact error message as displayed on your screen.

From your description, I would like to verify of only one user has this issue. Also, please check if this user can send emails using OWA. What's more, please take your time to post the error message for my further research.
