Outlook keeps asking me to input password
Hi all
I have outlook 2007, exchange 2007 and sharepoint 2007 installed on windows 2003 sp2.
I configure two profiles on client machine. In the first time of entering each profile, I input username and password. "Save password" checked. Then press "OK".
But after switching to the other profile, outlook consistently ask me to input username and password. Usually, I cannot enter outlook before after 4-5 times input.
Thanks

There have been a lot of questions recently regarding Outlook prompting for a username and password whilst using Exchange 2007
Please make sure Exchange 2007 Latest Service Pack 2/3 is installed on the server
Please refer this "demazter" article for more information
http://www.experts-exchange.com/Software/Server_Software/Email_Servers/Exchange/A_2300-Outlook-continually-prompting-for-username-and-password.html
If that doesn't work check the authentication methods as per "demazter" blog here:

Hope this helps.Viral R MCTS

Hi zlfcn:
If you want to switch other profile, outlook will ask you input your password. It is design.
But why do you want to input password 4~5 times?
Do you input different password or same password ?
This
article is about multiple profiles for outlook. You should check your configuration.
You should also check your network (firewall) and update version of outlook and exchange.
