I am currently running windows 8.1 and every time I try to open outlook I get the following message, "Connot start Microsoft outlook. Cannot open the outlook window. The set of folders cannot be opened. The file

"C:\users\myname\documents\outlook files\my e-mail.pst cannot be opened.

is there a way to fix it?
