Outlook or Word will not start Office 2013

Office 2013 Outlook and Word will not open

Hi i have an issue with Office 2013 H&B, i have installed it onto a freshly installed Win 7 32bit system, Office has activated and installed correctly. However when i launch Excel and PowerPoint apps they work perfectly but when i open Outlook or Word applications i get a message: 'Sorry something went wrong and Word (or Outlook) was unable to start (6)' Word then immediately closes but Outlook opens but the reading pane is blank, you cannot compose new mail and you cannot open mail items as you get a message saying there is a problem with the text formatting command. I have installed this exactly the same way on countless machines and never had a problem. Things i have tried: Removing and reinstalling Office Offline repair Online Repair Uninstall Product key, remove office, reinstall Windows Profile reset, This is affecting all users except the local and domain admins (Even tried adding the users into the local admins group on machine) Neither application will open in safe mode The outlook auto discover profile creation worked fine There are no unicode characters in the users username If you run both of these applications in Windows XP SP3 compatibility mode they work fine but then every time the apps are run the user is prompted for admin credentials. It is driving me mad, please, anyone any ideas?

Neither product will start in Safe mode with the error 'Outlook' or 'Word Cannot start'

This is in a domain environment.
