Hello,

If you already tried Repair process, then you should check the port number by click on More settings.

To do so: File Tab >> Account Settings >> Account Settings >> Email tab >> Double click on your configured account >> More Settings >> Advanced Tab.

That's not possible as it basically goes through the email account configuration again (Auto Account Setup) in the background. The results from that determine what needs to be reconfigured.

So why exactly do you need to repair it in the first place?
If you are using an Exchange account, the AutoDiscover service will take care of most required account configuration changes automatically.

Thanks !!

I am using exchange 2010 SP1 in one site and exchange 2010 SP3 in one site both are internet facing. Due to some limitations I am not updating my Exchange 2010 SP1 servers and moving all the mailboxes to Exchange SP3 on different site, I have noticed that my outlook settings are not updating automatically when I move mailbox from site1 (Ex2010 Sp1) to Site 2 (Ex2010Sp3). I believe this is default behavior in SP1, I did a google search and found some article suggesting to delete some reg keys, but I hv not found those keys on my windows 7 machine, also when I am doing profile repair its working fine, can someone suggest me any reg key or command or any other way to do this automatically without manually doing profile repair, any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

I'm not aware of such a method to repair the connection by command or registry keys, it seems we can only click the Repair button.
