Outlook rule to send an automatic email once an email has been moved to a specific folder

Hello,

I have not been able to find an Outlook condition like "when moved to folder folder."  Has anyone discovered or created a macro in Outlook to accomplish this?

For example, a rule that states: When message moved to specific folder, forward message to specific address.

Thanks!

Hi,

I can confirm there is no default rule condition that meets your request. If you need to realize this, coding is needed.

Anyway I'm not an expert about Development, you can post this question in Outlook for Developers forum to get more suggestions:

I think you can accomplish this with an Outlook add-in called Auto-Mate. It has a type of rule that triggers when a message is added to a folder like you request.
