Hi,
You will need to move all appointments to your new calendar and then delet ethe old calendar (it should be possible to delete this calendard if it is not the primary calendar)

Thanks for the quick reply. I have done this, however the 'delete' option on the 2nd calendar is greyed out

Hi,
Can you delete the other calendar?
If yes you need to move all the appintments to the calendar that you can't delete - this is the primary calendar.

I can delete the other calendar however I beleive that this is the exchange calendar as this has the hand on the icon and that would leave me with only a local calendar and not an exchange calendar as I understand it. Is there a way to bulk move appointments,
otherwise I have literally 1000's to move :-(

Hi,
You can change the calendar view so that you see each appointment as a single line. Here you can select all and then move

Hi,
It appears that your mailbox was corrupt on the calendar folder. I'd suggest the command "Outlook /resetfolders" to see if this works.
if the issue continues, ask your IT people to make a full backup of your mailbox, and then delete both two calendar folders via MFCMAPI tool, run "Outlook /resetfolders" again to generate a new calendar folder, finially, restore your backup.
Let me know if there is anything unclear.
