Outlook stopped working

What steps have you performed before "Outlook has stopped working"?
General steps:
1.Run Outlook in safe mode, if there's no issue in safe mode, disable the suspicious add-ins and test again.
2.Create a new Profile and test if the same issue persists.
3.Perform a clean boot to determine if other programs are interfering with Outlook.
