Outlook stuck in offline mode for all users on a certain PC
Someone was messing with the computer and now Outlook profiles cannot connect to Exchange. I deleted the profiles, deleted the logon profile, ran Office repair, many restarts but I always see the error 'exchange is offline'. What could the person have changed that would disable Outlook's connection?

What version of Exchange, are you sure the mapi access was not disabled on the Exchange side? Is the user able to log into OWA? If you close outlook and run outlook /rpc does it attempt to connect what do you see?James Chong MCITP | EA | EMA; MCSE | M+, S+ Security+, Project+, ITIL msexchangetips.blogspot.com

And the account settings in Outlook: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook-help/switch-between-working-offline-and-online-HP005242598.aspx I would suggest you create a new Windows profil and try again. http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/Windows7/Fix-a-corrupted-user-profile Hope it is helpful.
