Outlook using wrong URL

Hi

Using Exchange 2013, just setting up an install now.

It's a one box install.

I have installed a 3rd certificate and OWA is working correctly with no issues. (exchange.internetdomain.com)

My internal DNS points exhange.internetdomain.com to the internet IP. I have set everything in the ECP to use exchange.internetdomain.com

However when I open outlook 2010, it connect to ex1.insidedomain.local

Which results in a certificate error, how can I get outlook to use the exchange.internetdomain.com URL?

Thanks.

Hi

Two things, first change you internal DNS to point exhange.internetdomain.com to the internal IP of the server and secondly change the Internal Hostname for Outlook Anywhere to match the name on the certificate.

Mean while you can try it..

you can changed the regestry setting for autodiscover and mentioned new server name on the local computer.

Thanks
