My computer crashed and I had to reinitialize it.

In setting it back up, I have logged into my 365 bus premium account and tried to set up the outlook on my desktop. I posted this question in the business 365 page and THEY told me to post it here as they all seem to be clueless, even the techs that called
me on the phone...
Although I have deleted my profile 3x and uninstalled and reinstalled Outlook and then deleted the profile AGAIN, these error messages persist (see attachment). I have also gone into the control panel and tried to alter the settings there, to no avail.
After the second message is cancelled, outlook closes.
