Outlook wont connect to Exchange

Hi There,

Im using Office 365 Home Premium and have been using Outlook 2013 successfully for the last 6 months. Yesterday it was working fine than it went offline and I cant get it to connect. I have tried repairing but this hasnt helped.

It just says Trying to Connect and never does. I havent installed any new software or done anything it is just now unable to connect.

Any solutions?

Hi,

Was there any exact error message? What version of exchenge server did you use?

Did you able to ping IP address of exchange server?

please check whether you turn on Work Offline:

1. Click Send/Receive. Notice that when Outlook is set to Work Offline, the button is highlighted.

2. Click Work Offline to return to working online. After you reconnect to server, the Work Offline button has a plain background.
