Hi, I have been using Windows 8.1 and office 13 without issues for ever. I have 3 email accounts I download from, 2 pop and 1 Imap (Gmail). No issues sending or receiving.
Yesterday I upgraded my PC to Windows 10 and now I can only reply to messages. New messages from outlook get the error 0x800CCC13. When I run account setup the program that checks if the account is setup correctly sends and receives, it only when I try and send a new email, from any of my accounts.
I am using 64 bit windows on a Samsung Ultrabook touch screen and 32 bit Office 13.
I have run the inbox repair tool and tested the folders for hidden read receipts - and tried to set up new profiles etc.. but still the same error
