PDF document not showing up in Outlook client
Hello,
We suddenly are having a issue with seeing PDF's in Outlook clients. It shows up with the paper clip as an attachment, but the file is not there. We have done testing by having the user send it from a gmail account and it comes in fine. If they send it from
inside there company it does not come in correctly. The attachment is not in Outlook. I checked junk email filters, etc... Seems to come in as .pdf.htm file extension. Any help would be greatly appeciated.

Can you see via OWA? Can you download/open it via OWA? Exch version, Client version (SP,rolluo etc) See if this applies to you -
