PFDAVAdmin not showing folders in mailboxes
I am just trying to view folders and object counts in folders of mailboxes with PFDAVAdmin. I am logging in as Administrator, which has Exchange Full Administrator rights. In PFDAVAdmin, I see only the mailboxes but no folders underneath when tree is expanded.Exchange 2003, SP2 running PFDAVAdmin from XP workstation.

Does it display any error when you expand the Mailbox to see sub items? BTW, PFDavAdmin requires .net framework 1.1 so you need to install it on XP Workstation...Amit Tank | MVP Exchange Server | MCITP: EMA | MCSA: M | http://ExchangeShare.WordPress.com

Try to connect to another GC and also make sure your account has the full access to other users mailboxes. Before trying in pfdavadmin check your account in outlook by choosing the option File->Open other users folders and select any one of the users inbox. see if you can access them Vinod |CCNA|MCSE 2003 +Messaging|MCTS|ITIL V3|

Hi Scott, I suggest you also run the PFDavAdmin tool on Exchange Server to test the issue. In addition, please also check IIS log for more information. Mike
