POP3 Client certificate

Hi,

i just migrate from exchange 2003 to 2010, all runned as planed except for one user, the only one that uses pop3 to connect to exchange. For him everytime he opens outlook the "install cerfificate" questions apears, i did the install certificate over and over but still apears.

Do you have a clue for solution? I've search forums but none of the situations is like mine.

Regards

Nuno Silva

Hello,

I recommend you use get-exchangecertificate | fl to check if you have assign pop3 service to your certificate.

Please make sure whether you have import your exchange certificate into CA that's trusted by the client computer's operating system.
