Hello,
Is there any error do you get in event log along with this? Please post if you get anyone. Besides you can check belowresources, basically it happens afterinstallation of update rollups or patches.

I updated .NetFramework and rebooted server
After looking through the logs i did find this
Event ID 12014
Source : MSExchange Transport
Microsoft Exchange couldn't find a certificate that contains the domain name andy.tcassociates.com in the personal store on the local computer. Therefore, it is unable to support the STARTTLS SMTP verb for the connector Internet with a FQDN parameter of andy.tcassociates.com. If the connector's FQDN is not specified, the computer's FQDN is used. Verify the connector configuration and the installed certificates to make sure that there is a certificate with a domain name for that FQDN. If this certificate exists, run Enable-ExchangeCertificate -Services SMTP to make sure that the Microsoft Exchange Transport service has access to the certificate key.
Event ID 12015
Source: MSExchangeTransport
An internal transport certificate expired. Thumbprint:7F3B9075BE33280F268D49DD8915EF18830BCA0D
I don't know why i recieved these messages I have updated the certificate and I ran I enabled them on the server.
maybe i didn't do something right. Can you assist. I have googled and searched for the process but was not able to find anything that was useful.

Hi,
From the information, I found there have two certificates were expired. The status is invalid. So, I suggest we remove the two certificates from Exchange. The detailed information you can refer to the below link:
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa997569(EXCHG.80).aspx
After that, please re-subscription, then run command Test-EdgeSynchronization in EMS. Check whether any error message is received.
Thanks

Hi,
After further research this issue, the most likely cause is the configuration file of the pop3 was corrupted.
Please send one test email to me at allensyr2003@hotmail.com, I will send the relevant configuration file to fix this issue.
