1-How to have messages copy in exchane server even if user in Microsoft Outlook select to delete from server ?

2-when user send from Microsoft Outlook it does not appear in sent items in webmail,how to resolve this?

If you select "delete message from server", you can export your mailbox to pst file, and then copy the pst file to your PC.

When you use outlook pop3 or IMAP4, there is only a synchronization for your inbox between outlook and owa, other folders will not

If the user selects delete from server after retrieval when creating their POP3 account, I don't believe there is a way for you to prevent the email item from being deleted from the source mailbox by a form of exchange setting, the client is actually removing the items after retrieving them.

is there any way or trick to have sent items both in owa and outlook?

and do you know why i set exchange account in outlook i cant add any more account in outlook(i can add but it does not appear in outlook)

Hello,

If you use outlook pop3 accpunt, you need to move message to sent items manually.

If you add multiple account to a outlook folderm, there will appear primary e-mail account when you start outlook.

If the issue occur after you open your outlook, I recommend you make sure whether you have configured other account successfully.
