I HAVE A USER IN OUR COMPANY HE IS USING OFFICE 2013 BUT HE CONSTANTLY GET THE SIGN IN POP UP BOX.  DID I SET HIM UP WRONG ? OR HOW CAN I FIX THIS KEEP HIM LOGGED IN AT ALL TIME

Anyway, this issue may be caused by the corrupted credentials in Windows, please browse to Control Panel\User Accounts\Credential Manager, choose "Windows Credentials", Find Office related credentials and remove them. Then check the result again.
