I have a file almost 4gb of slide show included clips video and music,

i have treid many many times to export to Create Video in the 2013 Power Point PPTM file, its exporting for about 15 minuts and then  it stops, 

can you please tell me how to go about it

Well, 4gb is a quite large file size for a slide show (or for any other files). Normally, the file size of the video file export from the slide show will grow up remarkably. Thus, please check if you have enough space (and system memory) to finish the job. (Both the system driver and the driver that you save the exported file.)

If that isn't the case, try to split your slide show into multple smaller slide shows, and see if we can export these smaller slide shows. If any of them also fails, try slpit it again to narrow down the cause, untill we find what exactly content in the slide show would cause the problem.
