Hi, i just downloaded the test version of the microsoft office professional plus 2013 and managed to install it successfully. I can start using it right now but i need a product key to activate it, else, it will expired in the next few days. 

When i was downloading the setup file, it says:

"Your product key is: Error:"Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding"

What should i do now?

If you download the trial Office from evaluation center, this issue occurs to some people sometimes, it could be a temporary thing, try it some other time to check the result.

Or you can change a browser or clear the cache and cookies in IE to try again.
