I am using Exchange 2013 CU7, when i try to export outlook items to pst file and then import it on other computer, i can see only one year emails. Rest of the emails are missing. I am using outlook 2013, please guide me.

Did you by any chance apply a filter to only include the last year's information during the export process?

I did not set any filter

Hi,

I understood you exported the outlook items to .pst file and you viewed only one year mails after completing exporting.

Navigate to File > Open&Export > Open Outlook Data File and you can open the.PST file, then view if you can find the missing mails.

Please change the Outlook in Online mode and confirm whether the missing emails are shown there.

If the missing messages are shown on Online mode,I suggest we can try to re-export and import the outlook items referring to the below official document:
