PST Import into Archive results in some blank messages

I have a user (I am not sure if other users are also affected) who has some problems with her Online Archive.

I imported her archive.pst files into her new Online Archive once we migrated to Exchange 2010 which was all fine, no errors.

She has noticed that, some of her emails aren't there entirely. The email message is there, but there is nothing in the body of the email?  Below are some screenshots of the exact email, one that has been imported into the new Online Archive, and the other as it looks in the archive.pst file.

If anyone has come across this before, or knows a fix for this I would love to know how to resolve this issue.

I have tried, re-importing the .pst into a -TargetRootFolder with the same result. I can only assume it is a problem with the .pst file ?

Any help much appreciated!

There is also a possibility that messages in PST itself are corrupt and not importing correctly. You can make a copy of the PST file and run pstscan.exe on that copy. Review the log to find out whether there were any repairs or loss of data, and reimport the PST file.
