I know part-time resources (working only half-day, e.g. from 8.00 to 12.00) can be managed by customizing the resource calendar so as to reflect the actual resource availability. Some colleagues manage part-time resources setting the Max Units value to 50%. Which option is better and why ? Can you provide an example to support your answer ?
