Part Time User Mail Box
I have asituation where in a particula office, I have a full time user and a part time user. The part time user is in one day a week, while the full time user has a day off. My dilema is that the part time user needs the same email address and mail box as the full time user. I am using Server Small Business 2003, and the email client is Outlook 2003. Can this be done?
Thank You

Sure, you'd just have to grant 'full mailbox rights' (in ADUC, exchange advanced) to the part time user account and setup that user to open that outlook mailbox.

With Outlook/Exchange you could setup the part time user to be a delegate of the full time user so that he could send on behalf of.
Just need to give Part time User access rights to the Full time Users account.

So I have done the ADUC, Exchange advance Full Mailbox access, then you mean in Outlook to have the part time user log on as the full time user. Will there be any other permissions to change so that the part time user can send emails aswell??
Thank you gor your help

You don't have the part time user login to the workstation as the full time user, you have the part time user's outlook profile set to open the mailbox of the full time user. Send/recieve should work fine.

Sorry, thats what I meant. In outlook, when I set up the email account in the part time user desktop, I put the exchange server and the user name of the full time user?
