Hi
After transferring our store email accounts to Office 365, I am experiencing problems with the paste function, I am not able to paste any content into the body field. When trying to, a small message box appears where you have to choose to allow access or not, of course I choose allow, but this does nothing, no error messages, IE doesnt crash, nothing happens.
So far, I believe I have narrowed it down to the content advisor, which is enabled due to business policies.
If I disable the content advisor, close all IEs and try again, it works fine.
So my question is, what address do I need to add to regedit database in order for the paste function to work with the content advisor enabled?
I have enabled/disabled the following:
- Deleted history/cookies/pw etc.
- Done a complete reset of IE
- Tried on two different computers
- Added https://outlook.office365.com to Trusted Sites
- Enabled Protected Mode for Trusted Sites
- Set Allow Programmatic clipboard access to Enable for both Trusted Sites and Internet
I am using the following:
- OS: Windows 7, service pack 1, 32 bit
- IE: 11.0.9600.17691
