Please Help!
I have Office 2013 running outlook 2013 with Social activated and setup to use SharePoint, LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Cache Mode - Yep (but disables Pictures [by design?] & Facebook and Linked In What's Net also disabled)
- Download shared Folders - Yep
- Mail to keep offline - All
- Connected to Microsoft Exchange - Yep
Have I unchecked and started over, You bet. 5 times. waited about an hour between tries. rebooted once...
So I'm in odd place, of few hundred employees, in Exchange 2007 only about 5 of them show the history for email, attachments, and meetings. So the question is why does it not work for the rest of the employees.
I can see Facebook and Linked in accounts what's new if I turn off Cache. Also if I turn off cache the 5 people I used to be able to see email, attachments, and Meetings history for now only show me the Meeting History nothing else when cache is off.
I am in IT and one of only a few people testing outlook 2013 before rolling out to everyone. I had this working in 2010.
Any ideas why it works for some and not others or if we can get everything working again?
