But my  GlsPerformanceCounters.xml is missing on the folder. Exchange 2013 CU2

How can I get it back? Can it be copied from another server?

I have the same issue with my Exchange 2013 SP1 (English). Unfortunately it is a standalone server and I don't have the possibility to copy the file GlsPerformanceCounters.xml from another server. What can I do? Could you provide me the file?

Sorry Axel, I haven't got one myself. I haven't managed to fix it as it wasn't important to the functioning of the exchange, I didn't bother to fix it yet. I may need it when the load on the server increases and I have to have a look at the perf logs.

same problem I am facing with GlsPerformanceCounters and even mdbperf missing. so far no solution found.

Same here - file is not on server at all.
