How do I control the order of the details in my KPI. I want to be able to insert a row and build out the item. Can items be moved up or down? Seems simple but can't find a way to do it.

Can you provide more information on what you are trying to accomplish, what do you mean by the "order of the details in my KPI"?

Are you talking about the "show details"? If so, that is driven off the data model and is generated from a drillthrough query.  You can define the drillthrough action in the cube.
