Permission to access another user Outlook folder
Hi EXCHANGE 2007 I would like to grant rights to user A to a folder located out of the Inbox of user B. I dont want to give rights to the whole Mailbox. How can I achieve this? Thanks, iiMaelito

This should be done from the Client by logging in to the mailbox by account with full access. Login to the mailbox (User B) with account with full access on that mailbox Right click on "Mailbox - Mailboxname" and click Properties of "Mailbox - mailboxname..." Click on Permission Tab. Add "User A" and select reviewer permissions. Now right click on folder which is outside of Inbox and click properties to edit properties. Permissions Tab. Add "User A" here as well. Now Instruct UserA to add UserB mailbox in his client Profile as secondary mailbox. he should be able to see only those folder where the rights are given. Adding Secondary mailbox to users profile Thanks.Vishal Ramnani | MCITP - Exchange 2007 | MCSE Messaging | MCTS - Win 2008 Config
