Pervent users from Booking Room Meetings
Is there a way to prevent users from booking a meeting in a room, and only give them viewing access ?

Hi,
If you prevent the users from sending mails to the resource they won't be able to book the resource or if you assign a delegate to the resource and let the delegate allow or deny the booking request.
